Getting started
For new clients we recommend an IT Infrastructure Review—a relaxed but structured assessment of your current IT environment. Typical areas covered include network infrastructure, server and workstation health, backup and security, updates, storage and Wi-Fi. The review ensures we’re aligned before any further work and gives you a clear picture of where improvements could help.
Review price: £450 (credited against future implementation work if you proceed with our services).
On-site & remote IT work

On-site work covers installations, network configuration, server and PC setup, security and backup implementation, and troubleshooting. Remote support covers configuration, software installation, troubleshooting and liaison with third-party vendors where needed.
Managed backup, security & monitoring
Systems can be placed on a managed protection programme: automated backup and antivirus, ongoing monitoring and quarterly IT MOTs. We use Acronis Cyber Protect Standard for backup, ransomware protection and recovery.
