Where do you cover?
We work with small and medium businesses across Essex, Suffolk and surrounding areas. On-site visits are available within this region; remote support can be provided regardless of location.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can use us for one-off work (e.g. a fix or an IT review) without any ongoing commitment. If you want managed monitoring and backup, that’s billed monthly with a minimum fee—you’re not locked into a long contract.
What is an IT Infrastructure Review?
It’s a relaxed but structured assessment of your current IT setup. We look at networks, servers, workstations, backups, security, updates and connectivity so we both understand how things are configured and where improvements could help. The review costs £450 and is credited against future implementation work if you go ahead with our services.
How does remote support work?
We connect to your systems securely to troubleshoot, configure software or liaise with other vendors. Many issues can be resolved remotely without a site visit. Remote support is charged at £75 per hour.
What’s included in website hosting?
Standard WordPress hosting (£300/year) and WooCommerce hosting (£450/year) include hosting, security updates, plugin management and backups. Content changes and custom development are charged separately by the hour.
What is the minimum managed service fee?
If you have servers and/or workstations on our managed protection programme (backup, security, monitoring), the minimum fee is £120 per month before adding per-server and per-workstation costs. This keeps small setups simple and predictable.
